Team Lead - Sales - Real Estate (6-15 yrs)
- Commercial Sales.
- Handling and guiding the team to achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitoring team productivity and help poor performers in improving their productivity.
- To ensure team compliance with sales quality guidelines.
- Regular coordination with builders and maintaining relationships with them.
- Designing the marketing plan and Campaigns.
- Coordinating with service operations team for closing customer transactions.
- Perform Corporate events to generate quality leads.
- Handling customer escalations.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing client contacts and establish new contacts through networking.
- Recommend to developer relations team to on-board
- Ensuring collection of revenues from customers.
