Position Title : Team Leader (TL)
Work Level : Senior Executive
Function : Store Operations.
Job Purpose of Team Leader: This role is primarily responsible to support the Store business operation, P&L and driving sales, customer service delivery, Process & People Management.
Indicative Job Description:
1. Actively support & manage the Profit & Loss with focused drive of sales.
2. To Increase margins & reduce operations cost through efficient store operations.
3. Lead People leadership, Motivation and retention followed by company values & culture.
4. Accountable to create seamless customer service orientation among store employees by ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
5. To support & implement marketing plans for the store & drive sales promotion initiatives, events.
6. Minimize shrinkage through accurate billing, stock accuracy, making the associates vigilant about potential shoplifting cases, merchandise handling etc.
7. Store Hygiene: Ensure the store and store vicinity is neat and clean all the time reflecting/reinforcing brand image.
Ensure the associates follow the hygiene standards, and provide grooming sessions on personal hygiene as and when required
8. To oversee all point of sales activities includes sales transactions, tracking Inventory process & support store loss prevention updates the refunds.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Min. Qualification is graduation/PG Degree(Candidate pursuing graduation will not be considered)
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 Years of experience to maximum of 5 Years.
- Age: Between 21 Yrs to 27 Yrs at the time of application.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to different cities/towns as per company requirement.
- Candidates having experience in sales/marketing/team handling within food & beverages retail/retail/hospitality/restaurant/banking/telecom and other relevant sectors will be preferred for this role.
