Team Lead - Sales - Financial Services (7-13 yrs)
Job Title : Team Lead - Client Financial Partner (Digital)
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 7-13 years in financial sales, specifically PMS and Mutual Fund sales.
Education : Graduate (MBA/CA/CFA/CFP preferred).
Certifications : NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 10-15 investment sales specialists.
- Drive team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
- Train and support the team in client acquisition and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven leadership in financial sales.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PMS, Mutual Funds, and other financial products.
