Team Lead - Sales - Financial Services (4-8 yrs)
Designation : Team Lead - Sales
Experience Required : 4+ years of experience in relevant domain (Financial Sales)
Pay: INR 5 to 8 LPA
Location : Kolkata- Ambuja Neotia Ecocentre, Sector 5, Saltlake
We are hiring for the Team Lead position for one of our leading financial advisory clients in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline management, to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other department heads to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster a positive team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of successfully leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
