Team Lead - Sales - Event Management (7-10 yrs)

- Generate revenue for the events through sponsorship sales
- Developing, effective operational sales strategies and plan annual revenue/volume share targets
- Identifying potential market segments and develop them as new business
- Monitor progress on targets by analyzing MIS on a periodic basis
- Ensure execution of contracts with clients clearly spelling out the deliverable in a manner that will ensure profitability of each individual property
- Work closely with the planning & execution team and ensure client deliverable are met as per agreement
