- Excellent Communication skills with BPO experience of 2 years
- Experience in real estate industry is a must
- Must have handled a team performing day-day operations.
- Good understanding of Insurance sales is required.
- Good understanding of tele sales, SLA and attrition management.
- Self motivated & should be able to lead and motivate team.
