Responsibilities :
BPO Expertise : Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the BPO industry to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our services.
Client Acquisition and Retention : Lead the team in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide our sales professionals in meeting and exceeding BPO sales targets and KPIs.
Performance Management : Monitor team performance, offering regular feedback and implementing strategies for productivity improvements.
Quality Assurance : Maintain adherence to quality standards and compliance with BPO industry regulations, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their unique BPO needs, resolve any concerns, and build lasting partnerships.
Training and Development : Conduct specialized training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of BPO services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Reporting and Analytics : Utilize data-driven insights to generate and analyze BPO sales reports, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Insights : Stay updated on evolving BPO industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales / Relationship Manager or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Services/BPO industry.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Composure in high-pressure situations.
- Client-centric focus and problem-solving abilities.
