Team Lead - Sales - BFSI (1-8 yrs)
Job Description
- Virtual relationship management with existing customers, for Direct Equity and all Third party products, over the phone & digitally
- Managing team of advisers for servicing customers and achievement of revenue targets
- Products include- Direct equity, Mutual funds, Home loan,Life and general Insurance,IPO etc..
- Coordinate with operations & other peer group teams to serve the customer
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Team leading experience of at least 1 or 2 years
- Experience in Tele - performance is must
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to handle a sales team of 10 to 15 people
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduation in any discipline
- Strong Communication and negotiation skill
- Person with clean track record and high integrity
