Team Lead - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- An undergraduate degree in business or a closely related subject is necessary. You must possess strong leadership abilities and outstanding communication skills to be successful in this position. A plus is prior work experience in a sales-related position.
Profile of the ideal candidate :
- Requirement : Any degree
- Age : 25 to 37 years old;
- CTC : up to 2.80 LPA;
- Must be a local of the same city;
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales and marketing
- Good communication skills
Job Role :
- Create new team leads is one aspect of the job.
- Keep in touch with your team and customers.
- Give your team motivation and training.
- To make sure your team makes use of digital networks.
- You will oversee marketing and the performance of your team.
- The capacity to function both alone and in a team environment.
- Organize the trainings for the regulations
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for business associates.
- Monthly income and goal-setting activity
- Joint field work with company partners and advisors to source For Business Submission and Issuances for Sales Drive
- Clearance of cases that were pending for paperwork and medical records as part of the procedure
