Team Lead - Banking
Primary roles & responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a cordial relationship with bankers for smooth transactions
- Responsible for document collection, verification and submission to banks for disbursement
- Getting the project approval from banks for quicker disbursement cycle
- Onboard new NBFC partners for quicker loan processing turnaround time
- Handle objections of customers & bankers
Basic requirements include:
- Must have relevant experience in home loan operations and/or banking operations
- Must have two-wheeler with keen interest in field work
- Should have excellent persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Comfortable with working in VUCA environment
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (completed) with minimum 80% marks in academics or any district/state/national level achievement in extra-curricular activity
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Fixed Salary: INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,20,000
