Team Lead - Sales - Astrology (2-8 yrs)

We are urgently need for a team lead person for Astro Sales.

Note : Different industry sales experience will also work.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our Astro team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective communication within the team, and collaborating with other departments to drive the success of our projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping your team achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership and Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals, setting clear goals and expectations. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

- Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments. Address any issues or conflicts that arise, and ensure that all team members are aligned with project objectives.

- Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.

- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals. Contribute to the development of project plans and resource allocation.

- Problem-Solving : Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may impact project success. Implement solutions to overcome issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Revenue and Sales Growth : Develop and execute strategies to help your team achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and performance.

Qualifications :

- Min 2 Yrs experience in a leadership role (as a team leader), preferably within the Astro or related industry.

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Relevant educational background and certifications are a plus.
