Job Description :

- Looking for skilled and experienced Team Lead - Sales to work with outbound calling sales teams. Should also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that team members are well-organized and productive. Must be an organized, reliable and results driven professional.

- Must have sales acumen, a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the big picture and make improvements. Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory. The goal is to do everything possible to attain goals and achieve great results for the company.

Responsibilities :

- Develop objectives for the calling teams- day-to-day activities

- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection targets for the region.

- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.) 

- Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards and improve operational efficiency

- Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms

- Ensuring that highest service standards are maintained for servicing of clients and maintaining minimum TAT

- Drive and monitor the Complaint Resolution Desk, Email, Chatbot and Social media desk.

Designation: Team Lead - Sales

Desired Experience: 4-6 years

Courses: B.E / B.Tech [All branches]/MBA or Any BBA/BBM Graduate with Excellent Communication skills and Sales acumen

Work Location: Bangalore at Koramangala
