Team Lead - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic digital agency team in Mumbai (Marol Naka). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance marketing team, driving campaign strategy, and optimizing results to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the performance marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for paid ads, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor campaigns to meet their objectives.
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and present performance reports to clients and management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing within a digital agency setting.
- Strong expertise in paid ads, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns.
