Job Title: Outbound Sales Team Lead
Location: Chennai Ambattur
A reputed client of ours is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our team in Chennai Ambattur. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of sales professionals in a BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in BPO sales.
- Experience in Outbound Sales is Mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
