We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Life Insurance team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented and driven individuals towards achieving our overall business objectives for Life Insurance products. Responsibilities :

- Build and lead a high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and empowering team members to take ownership of their responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in Life Insurance sales and meet or exceed targets

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary

- Ensure that team members comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of their work

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency and customer experience

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Life Insurance products and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

- Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to share updates, best practices, and provide opportunities for skills enhancement

- Engage in performance evaluations and career development discussions with team members to support their professional growth and progression

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

- At least 3-5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales, with proven success in a leadership role

- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth

- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
