Team Lead/Officer - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader Executive to join our Life Insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the insurance industry and has previous leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve their sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a role model and mentor to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay updated on industry news and trends to make informed decisions and provide guidance to your team.
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve company goals and objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
