Team Lead - Marketing & Sales - Automobile/Steel (1-5 yrs)
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals, PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.
- Managing the whole sales operation process.
- Maintaining CRM/ERP database.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members
- Solve and handle team queries and problems.
- Minm-2+ yrs exp from automobile/steel industry (preferable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel , word, PPT
