We are urgent hiring for Healthcare Research Team Lead Profile for Gurgaon Location, please find the job responsibility as below:
Job Title : Healthcare Research Team Lead
Experience : 4+ years
salary Budget: Up to 9 LPA include variable
Location : Gurgaon Sector-18
Working Days : Monday To Friday
Shift Timings : Rotational Shift Depends on projects
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Leading and project managing primary and secondary research projects
2. Collate and draft the secondary research on data points like market size, key trends, drivers and other aspects of the respective project.
3. Design questionnaires, distilling data and interpret results with cross-referring secondary sources
4. Responsible for continuous process improvement in developing content for various primary/business research deliverables across indications/therapy areas
5. Manage multiple Quant/Qual projects under tight timelines interfacing with global clientele and prioritize requests based on the criticality and business need as agreed with the stakeholders
6. Mentoring other team members
Required Skills :
1. Excellent domain knowledge - Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Biopharma
2. Primary/Secondary Research
3. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
4. Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
