Team Lead/Manager - Sales - Payment Solution (1-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure continuous hiring and onboarding of FSEs to maintain optimal team strength.
- Drive merchant acquisition targets and ensure consistent growth in the active merchant base.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance for better performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand business challenges and increase Paytm's presence and visibility in the assigned market.
- Ensure proper customer service and address merchant queries and issues.
Requirement:
- Min 1+ year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
