Team Lead/Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a team lead manager to oversee our agency channel operations. You will manage and motivate a team of insurance agents, drive sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to enhance agent performance.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
