- We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of Sales Manager -Agency Channel
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to do cross-selling for insurance.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
