Team Lead - International Sales - EduTech (3-8 yrs)
This job role requires team handling and monitoring. Cold-calling and career counselling the job aspirants and guide them to enrol for our IT/Non-IT certification courses that will help them to excel in their career and land a job
- As part of the Business Development Team this role is crucial and forms the back-bone of the process. The objective is to increase the enrolments through various strategies such as designing and conducting effective Webinars and or Career Counselling sessions
- Allocating Sales Target for the Team and achieving sales targets monthly.
- Liaison between Marketing and Sales Team for successful placement assistance of Trained Candidates
- Forecast market needs; Identify key segments and develop a Market positioning plan to target key segments.
- Maintain Sales Tracker and updating stake holders promptly and discuss challenges to improve number of sales
- Strategize the Sales protocol and increase conversion and profit margin.
- Updating CRM promptly and sharing report with stake holders.
- Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates and on sales inquiries, made by a potential
candidate through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies that would eventually bring more inbound sales and provide an excellent customer service to candidates post sign-up
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Any Graduate with Relevant Experience in the Edutech Industry Or Frontline Sale and Client Relations
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM Management
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Team Handling Experience on paper is must
