Position : Team Lead
- Should have experience in customer support, to solve query or escalation of card (debit/credit)
- Should be preferably from Telecom/Startup

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
