Objectives:
Track Input nominations
Improve Reach
Pipeline and Revenue tracking
BoM Quality Measurement
Track and Improve Yield - Upsell/Lost opportunity
Responsible to track BOM feedback and movement done through field
Tool discipline and hygiene
Upskill New Hires
Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Review (Daily Operation - Define, Execute, Analyse, Report)
Ensure Daily sync of ISR's with FOS/PSE/PCDM
Speak with PSE/PCDMS for nominations
Alert RL on any issue that can impact day to day operations
Presents Results of Team performance to RL's (Include analysis of highlights, lowlights and action plan to exceed Goals.)
Provide structured Feedback, and guidance for New Hires and Existing ISR's in the region- Performance Management
Qualifications
Eligibility:
Overall 5 - 7 years of experience atleast 2 year in people manager role
Should have handled an inside sales team of 10-15 people
Fluent oral and written English communication skills
Should have a track record of performance and have developed skills and competencies
Must have skills set, behavioural competencies and track record of achievement
