Team Lead - Inside Sales - IT (9-15 yrs)
- Management of a next generation lead qualification or inside sales group
- Candidates should have experience in IT industry, B2B Sales of IT product(Data storage/Data backup/Server/Data Center/Networking etc..).
- Strong use of social media specifically using LinkedIn to connect with and engage with potential clients
- Use of research through LinkedIn and identification of key contacts in major accounts
- Ability to design the reporting systems to track lead nurturing and qualification
- Ability to staff positions that can effectively communicate with prospects
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
