Team Lead - Inside Sales/Inbound Sales - Internet/Online (3-7 yrs)

Position Summary :
This role is primarily responsible to drive Sales & Revenue, ensure Operational Efficiency of the Team, conduct periodic Performance Reviews, Develop and Retain high performing associates
Role specs :
- Weekly review with Sales Manager
- Review and assess impact of changes within the Sales team and other related functions/departments and provide necessary feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Monthly performance review with Senior Management
- Address grievances of the team
- Address prospective/existing customers concerns (handling escalations)
- Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews
- Handling Team of sales associates
- Consistently achieving Sales & Revenue targets
- Ensure highest possible success rate on Schedule Adherence
- Remote monitoring per week and provide appropriate feedback to associates
- Daily briefings
Candidate specs :
- Should be from hard core outbound sales / inside sales background.
- Must be handling team of sales associates
- Consistent Performer
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to multi task
- Good communication Skills
