Educational Background Bachelors in business or Engineering + 12 years of experience or master's in business administration + 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

- Managing the inside sales representatives team

- Plan to meet deadlines. Set and track sales targets for the team

- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process

- Agree with Director of Sales and Product Management head on the expected leads / opportunities to be delivered

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Document and report customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

- Build an open-communication environment for your team

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

- Work with Product team to develop and continuously update campaigns and related customer engagement campaign

- Agree on target customer profile for each offering before developing target database.

Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to oversee and support our inside sales representatives- team.

- ISM will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

- ISM will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

Desirable Skill Set :

- Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager

- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
