Responsibilities :
1. Provide the team with vision and objectives manage key performance indicators.
2. Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.
3. Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.
4. Maintain the Sales report of the team.
5. Motivating and mentoring team to achieve and exceed targets
6. Design and develop business model as per the location and market situation
7. Conduct weekly reviews for performance and training
8. Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required
Requirements :
1. Graduation or MBA with at least 5+ years of Total Sales experience.
2. Great Team Handling skills
3. Minimum 2+years of team handling skills with a minimum team of 10+
4. Must be good in MS Excel and Word.
5. Good Communication skills.
6. Should be from B2C Background
