Team Lead - Inside Sales (4-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
1. Build and Manage the team of Inside sales managers
2. Setting and tracking sales targets for your team and motivating them to achieve it
3. Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process along with training
4. Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment
5. Data and Target driven approach to ensure top performance of the team
6. Monitoring self-performance of the team at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc
