Team Lead - Financial Advisor (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to meet their targets.
- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Equip agents with effective techniques for targeting high-value customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed Graduation.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing across any sector.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team towards business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both agents and - clients.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
