KRA :
- Responsible for overall revenue generated in a territory including creation and renewal of accounts.
- Has to have a thorough understanding of each facet of the product.
- Responsible for revenue and collections.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
- Reviewing cost and sales performance.
- Developing Sales Strategy for the Team.
- Motivating the Team Members and giving Refresher Training to Bottom performers.
- Preparing MIS reports.
- Setting Daily, Weekly,Monthly Sales Targets.
- Maintaining Sales ASP.
- Handling a Team of 10-12 Sales Associates.
- Handling Escalation cases.
- Lead Assignment.
