Team Lead - Field Sales - Education (4-8 yrs)
1) Market Understanding :
- Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc etc)
2) Enquiry Generation :
- Leading a team of sales specialists in the state and help them to achive the target
- Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganised sector work force, etc etc within the location or outside location.
- Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
- Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates
- Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations
- Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
- Activity management end to end, generate database of eligibile candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role
3) Admission Process :
- Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students
- Ensure students admission process is followed
4) System Updation & daily Reporting :
- Update system regularly
- Daily activity reporting
- Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
