Team Lead - Equity Advisor (4-8 yrs)
NISM 8 is mandatory
Role :
- To manage and monitor advisory pieces at the micro level,
- scale up business or revenue through quality advisory and taking corrective measures or strategies to build a strong rapport with the top 30-40 customers.
- Building a strong advisory desk will have to ensure regular training and skill upgradation for the team,
- Should be well versed with the capital market and stronghold on the domestic and global markets;
- Will be coordinating with a number of departments like RMS/ Bank Branches and a few other critical departments.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy monthly business along with driving daily revenue and other KRA's.
- Training and motivating the team to achieve a monthly target also responsible for self-target if required.
- Responsible for managing 8-10 team members (Dealer)
- Support to vertical and advisors to drive Derivatives business including Option, Strategy, and Expiry day trades
- Query handling and hand-holding to advisors for their respective clients
- Review the Advisor's performance for Productivity improvement.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with concerned Banks.
- Coordinating with the regional team and visiting the regional branches to build strong relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have a good understanding of capital markets,
- Should possess strong networking & and relationship-building skills.
- Should be able to drive Derivative business
