Immediate Hiring for Customer Support Team Lead

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory

Salary: Upto 7 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Skills

- You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- Prior experience in softwares such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM) , Ameyo, Zoho.

Required Qualifications:

- Undergraduate in commerce/science/management, counseling, or related student service area.

- Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills

- English & Kannada Mandatory(Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
