Team Lead - Customer Support - BPO (3-6 yrs)
- Manage a team of 8 assistant managers and executives.
- Handle customer support escalations.
- Create SoPs/SLAs and ensure the team's adherence to them.
- Train team members.
- Maintain relationships with business partners.
- Hire new team members as needed.
- Improve operation processes.
