- 6+ Years of team lead experience and customer care, participate in project planning and coordination in the team
- Should be good in excel and data analysis
- Core Competencies & Requirements:
- 6 + years Customer Service experience with good command on English preferred
- Reporting capabilities preferred with Excel knowledge
- Enhanced oral and/or written communication skills
- Must be organized with strong attention to detail
- Must have good math skills including calculation of fractions and decimals
- Requires the ability to work independently, make decisions and edit work of others
- Ability to multi-task without losing speed or accuracy
- Ability to resolve identified discrepancies
- Reading comprehension
- Knowledge of subject matter to interpret data is required.
Skillsets :
- Develop talent, Problem Solving & Decision-making
- Proficiency in advanced excel and experience with Oracle Planning & Reporting tools a plus
