Team Lead - Customer Service - BFSI (2-10 yrs)

- Good aptitude skills: reasoning, logical reasoning, problem-solving.
- Minimum 2 years experience in lead experience
- Worked on Voice/Email/Chat (blended)
- BFSI domain experience is preferable
- Flexible to shifts (One rotational week off)
- Team Management - To Maintain, track and analyze team performance on process-adherence for quality of work.
- Track and analyze performance to identify gaps and implement corrective action required.
- To provide Timely orientation of team Members through regular meetings/communication/feedback.
- Coordinate and facilitate to ensure adequate and appropriate training on product, process.
- Control attrition.
- Manage unplanned Shrinkage
