Job Title : Team Leader - Credit Card Sales

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader for Credit Card Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales
representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The Team Leader will provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, as well as develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership :

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales representatives.

- Set clear goals and targets for the team and individual team members.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

2. Sales Strategy :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into sales.

- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

3. Training and Development :

- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on new products, promotions, and sales techniques.

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.

4. Customer Service :

- Ensure that team members deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Build strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.

5. Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, sales trends, and forecasts.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Knowledge of credit card products and services.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions :

- This role may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend conferences.

- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client needs and sales targets.
