Job Purpose :
Team Management :
- Leading a team of BRP to acquire NTB CA, to drive cross-sell, monitoring of sales process efficiency, drive productivity along with Product Quality mix.
Training & Staffing :
- Optimum staffing of resources, Training & Sales team management (Both Classroom and Field)
Sales Discipline & Input Parameters :
- CRM creation for catchment - Segment/ Market/ Industry
- DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
- Focus on Activities at the Industrial estate, commercial/ Business park/ Society/Clubs etc. around the catchment
- Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Business Hygiene & Customer Experience :
- Focus on superior TAT, FTR
- VQVP- Volume with Quality & Value with Productivity will be the mantra of sourcing.
- Wish-list based sourcing
- Hook-based sourcing
- Asset led relationship deepening
- Industry- segment focused sourcing
- Keep the team motivated at all times to have the highest level of energy and deliver on organizational objectives
- Team & Leadership Engagement
- Visible engagement with Team & Leadership, covering:
- Performance monitoring & review of BRP
- Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
- Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on a core and cross-sell targets.
- Focus on underperforming BRP's.
- Focus on senior mgmt reporting and ensuring support/direction to enhance channel performance.
- Goal setting, & Review
- Exception & escalation handling
