Reporting to : Vice President - Sales
Location : Gurgaon 6 days working
Responsibilities:
a) Train, Mentor and lead team of loan coordinators engaged in processing of loan applications from sanction till disbursement.
b) Meet or exceed team's productivity with 100% accuracy
c) Meet SLA of the volumes, customer service and no. of applications processed.
d) Develop talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities, enabling team members to achieve set targets .
Education:
a) Graduation must . Post Graduation preferred.
b) Diploma in Banking preferred . Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience: a) Minimum 5 years of experience in similar loan with at least 2 years of team management experience.
