Team Lead - B2C Sales (5-10 yrs)
Designation: Team Lead - Sales (B2C)
Location: Hyderabad/Warangal
Education: Must be a Graduate
Work Experience: Upto 7 years of experience in Direct Sales. Experience in broadband sales is preferred. Must have experience in door-to-door sales. Must possess a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license.
Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Purpose of the Role:
The Team Lead - Sales B2C is responsible for meeting sales targets through assigned projects, acquiring new clients for business growth, and maximizing profits by achieving required sales targets.
Role Description:
- Acquire new clients for business growth and maximize organization profits by meeting required sales targets.
- Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
- Attend all enquiry calls within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Generate own leads through Door to Door activity and Cold calls in the assigned area.
- Submit daily call reports to the branch Sales In-charge.
- Conduct weekly Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as Kiosk activity, Leafleting, Brochure Distribution, etc.
- Conduct and participate in on-ground activities/group activities to counter competition.
- Generate sales from low-utilized elements within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization.
- Assist Branch Sales In-charge in preparing the Sales plan for the area.
