Team Lead - B2B Sales - Fashion Business (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Udhana, Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record in driving market growth within the eCommerce or fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales processes, track performance, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on direct sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
