Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Account Management and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
- This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented account managers.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the management of key client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Resolve client issues and escalations effectively.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Kannada and English.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu is an added advantage.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in the UPS, battery, EV, or electronic equipment industry is preferred.
