Role Definition -

As the Team Lead - Academic Counseling, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling the Counseling / Sr. Counseling Team ( 5-7) in a particular city

2. The Counseling team will be responsible for:

1. Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions (Enrolments)

2. Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every student's individual requirement.

3. Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas

3. As their Team Leader you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring Daily, Monthly, Quarterly targets of Input /Output metrics are met

2. Ensuring Last mile conversion push to the counselors in the respective city

3. Inter city travel for ensuring high degree of conversion and also setting up teams and pipeline

4. The overall effectiveness of the team

5. Meticulous note taking, record keeping, reporting and usage of the CRM software to track all leads

6. Audit periodically to ensure good health of the business

7. Be a part of special initiatives to generate Leads through various marketing channels and help with events

8. Provide insights that can refine the conversion funnel

Who are we looking for?

1.Qualification: Bachelor degree

2. Experience (Either):

A) Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sturdy Study Abroad Counseling team (5-7 Counselors)

3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software - LSQ experience will be preferred

Location - DELHI

Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off. (i.e. Candidates will work for 5 days in a week, 6 days in the following week, and repeat that)

Working Hours: 09:30am - 6:30pm

Time to Join: Immediate

Compensation: Best, as per industry standards
