Team Development Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Use cold contacting, networking, and referrals to find and cultivate new business prospects.
- To guarantee client pleasure and enduring collaborations, cultivate and preserve solid client relationships.
- Recognize client demands and offer suitable goods and services to satisfy them.
- Engage in negotiations, product demonstrations, and sales presentations with prospective customers.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidate requirement

- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
