Teacher Pool - Social Media Marketing/Marketing Communications/Public Relation (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with school goals
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve School's goals:
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) and adapt content for different channels
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels
- Monitor our social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users, including managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Manage social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Engage with School faculty and educate on the use of social media to promote our social media channels
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Conduct audience research
- Research and evaluate latest trends and techniques to find better ways of measuring social media activity
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Form key relationships with influencers across our social media platforms
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Setting objectives and reporting
- Setting targets
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- Monitoring & analysis
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Analyse the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and compile reports as per agreed timelines (monthly/quarterly) to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
- Monitor, track and report performance on social media platforms using different online tools
- Analyse online reviews/feedback/comments
- Analyse and compile reports on competitor activity
SEO, web traffic & social media marketing :
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
- Monitor, compile reports and offer strategies for:
- Audience Growth
- Audience Profile
- Audience Engagement
- Content Reach
- Engagement by Content Type - Leads
- Response Rate and Quality - Negative Feedback
Qualifications & skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ (executive) years- experience in social media management
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of advertising platforms as required on Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
