Job Overview :

- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the education industry to join our team at Teacher Pool. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies specifically for IB schools. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

- Strong knowledge of content strategy and marketing

- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with IB schools and their unique requirements is a plus

- Web content writing skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote IB schools and attract potential candidates

- Create and manage content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing

- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with the target audience

- Analyze and monitor campaign performance using digital analytics tools

- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign results

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing collateral and materials

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the education industry

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive innovation
