Position : Assistant Program Manager (Offline Business)

Reporting to : Manager - Marketing

Experience : 3-4 yrs.

Location : Bangalore

About the Role

- Evaluates the program and strategize on execution of orders generated from our offline businesses and execution of events.

- On board the requirements with the intended services at the best possible terms for Teabox and which meets org goals

- Program-manage the end to end execution of orders and events.

- Ultimately, your goal will be to lead projects to realize shipping of packages to the customers in the manner which is predictive, planned, controlled, and reconciled at all points of package and accounting lifecycle while working in a matrix organization to deliver results.

- This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of how prompt execution impacts customer experience and delivery performance and measure, determine, then drive, any initiatives necessary to improve it. It requires high judgment, very strong inter-personal skills, ability to influence stakeholders and an ability to balance customer experience with financial impact. This position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Teabox.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Works under the direction of the SVP of Marketing and other leaders to develop advertising plans that support organizational goals

- Develops work plans, including business briefs that support the overall marketing goals and collaborates with marketing team members to execute

- Oversees communications with media buyer and timely placement of media

- Works with Communications, Marketing and Creative Services team to develop campaigns that elevate the Teabox brand and effectively engage key audiences

- Tracks effectiveness of advertising programs

- Manage internal processes around organizational brand, image and media positioning, which includes promotion of company and materials through all appropriate media

- Develop and execute new and ongoing support of programs and events that drive company brand and positioning, including working with external partners/ vendors/ agencies on specific projects as needed, ensuring material production, format, message and tone is in line with company strategy

- Oversee event marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences, collateral and booth/pop up shop design

- Manage proposals, budgets, timelines, and creative design to ensure programs are executed in a cost effective, quality manner while handling multiple priorities, maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines

- Builds understanding customers, insights, and trends

- Leverages strategic partnerships to increase engagement with audiences in target markets

- Develops and executes promotions at special events

- Provides progress reports and recommendations as required

- Other duties as assigned

- Has ability to lead large cross-functional projects including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders and outside the organization.

Qualification & Skills:

- Strong program management skills and deep dive capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous inputs and tight timelines

- Attention to detail; an aptitude for solving unstructured problems, and strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve independently - Ability to work in fast paced office environment.

- Self-Motivated and comfortable working a fast paced start up environment

- Excellent analytical, creative, and organizational skills

- Ability to maintain excellent relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and shift priorities frequently - great at troubleshooting and finding solutions

- Ability to think strategically and collaboratively

- Proficient MS Office Suite

- Bachelor's Degree
