About the Role :
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Events who can design and deliver event experiences for our customers/ clients. The role will commence with the conceptualization of the event and end with its successful execution and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- To deliver a strategy which is needed to ensure that the event meets its objectives.
- To plan for the operational needs of an event and conduct risk analysis and managing the elements of risk prior to the event.
- To prepare budget and monitor expenses.
- To work closely with the internal & external team in order to propagate and promote the event to reach the right audience.
- To build an execution plan to deliver the event as per the requirement.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Aggressively gather information on each event & keeping track of post-event feedback.
Qualification & Skills :
- Graduate and experience preferably from an Events Company.
- Excellent communication skills, time management & attention to detail.
- Ability to manage finances and proposals.
- Ability to anticipate problems and mitigate them in a timely fashion to mutual benefit.
- Understanding of social media and other communication techniques is necessary.
- Exceptional operational and administrations skills with proven track record of handling events.
