TDI - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Overall Purpose of the Job :
To achieve assigned sales targets and ensure the selling of assets at various airports and metro stations also ensuring collection of outstanding dues from clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take onus of monthly and annual targets as assigned and employee sales skills to achieve the same.
- Make four effective sales calls every day and increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients and sending two proposals.
- Increase share of each market sector.
- Maintain an accurate and current database of client's research for new prospects.
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients in coordination with the marketing communication team.
- Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to advertise with TDI.
- Maintain regular contact and effective communication with Key Clients.
- Overcome client resistance/objections to the product and services and helping them to resolve issues, if any and be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of the product and services and their benefits
- Provide a daily and weekly schedule of planned activities.
- Meeting with the requirement of MIS, filling in CRM and providing other information as required.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and represent in a professional manner at all times
- Liaise with other members of the Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
- Passing on the relevant leads to other Business Divisions.
- Experience in Corporate sales is required.
